Important Notice: Two Ballots at this year’s Annual Meeting

LREC members will vote for four open positions on our board of trustees. Due to the massive rain amounts last year, we did not have the attendance to make a quorum. An elec- tion cannot happen without a quorum. Therefore, this year members will have two ballots to elect their leadership on the board. One ballot will be for the remainder of the term (2-year term) for the two positions from last year and another

ballot for the two full-term positions (3-year term) open this year. We will have two incumbents and three challengers for the two-year term election. We have two incumbents and one challenger for the 3-year term. The candidates running for the board have chosen the term that they want to run for at this year’s annual meeting. Members will vote for two candidates on each ballot.
